Before picture with floor skimcoat of ardex feather finish and After picture with new durable VCT. Highly used areas need indestructible flooring. This VCT should do job the convention center in Seattle. A high traffic area that needs to hold up to rolling equipment, hand trucks, heavy weight, and abusive wear and tear. Armstrong VCT should do the trick. At least for awhile!
